Products can be returned within a term of 7 days from delivery, provided that unopened and undamaged, and provided that the customer service of Finitro has been informed about this. This only applies to products where hygiene is important, like sealed products.
In case of return, normal contributions for shipping costs are charged. If a product does not reach you in good condition, you can contact our customer service. Products not reaching you in good condition should also be returned after contact with customer service. In this case a contribution for the shipping costs is evaluated for each case. Items with a broken safety packing can therefore not be returned without preceding and explicit contact with customer service of Finitro.
