There are three different order statuses:

1. Sent (your package has been sent and the invoice is enclosed with your order)
Your order has been sent and will be delivered as soon as possible. The invoice with details of how to make payment is enclosed with your order.

2. Delivered/Paid
Your package has been delivered to you and we have received your payment. The order has now been completed.
 
3. Cancelled
If you cancel your order, the status of your order will be changed to ‘Cancelled’. This means that we have cancelled your order.
